INGREDIENTS
300g raw chicken cubes 1 teaspoon soya sauce1 teaspoon paprikaSalt to taste½ teaspoon mixed dried herbs1 teaspoon garlic pasteMix and Marinate the above for 30 minutes.
Mix the following:½ cup flour½ cup corn flour / Maizina¼ teaspoon black pepper½ teaspoon salt
Beat 1 egg.
METHOD
Place a chicken cube in the flour mixture, then in the egg and back into the flour. Coat every chicken piece that way.Deep fry on medium high heat till light golden and the chicken is cooked. Leave aside...Mix the folllowing:½ cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon siracha sauce1 heap tablespoon tomatoe sauce2 tablespoon hot mochachos sauce or any red peri peri sauce u prefer ¼ teaspoon garlic powder Little orange food colour if preferred ..(You can add more or less sauces according to your preferences) ..Place the fried chicken pieces into the sauce and mix well.Serve on top of shredded lettuce.Enjoy.
