INGREDIENTS
• 500g medium sized peeled, deveined and cleaned prawns ( can cut in pieces)• ½ cup oil• 1 onion chopped• 2 chopped tomatoes • 1 teaspoon whole cumin seeds• Spices - 1 tablespoon chilli powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon cumin and coriander powder, pinch turmeric powder• 1 teaspoon ground garlic• 2 tablespoon coconut powder diluted in milk/water
METHOD
1. Sauté onions in oil with cumin seeds2. Braise your tomatoes, garlic and spices into the oil till oil skims up3. Add in prawns and cook4. 10 minutes later stir in coconut powder dilute and cook for 5 for minutes and ready to serve hot with paratha/rice/roti5. All on medium heat
