1 kg mutton 2 onions 4 tomato - liquidised 3 potatoes-cut into 4s (fry) 1 tablespoon salt 2 tablespoon dhana jeeru (cumin) (heap) 1 tablespoon chili powder ½ tablespoon aradh 1 ½ tablespoon ginger garlic Braise onions in oil. When onions turn to golden color add mutton and cook till soft. Add boiling water as it is cooking. Add in your spices and when oil comes up add in your tomato. When done add in your potatoes.
