🐟Norwegian Salmon Salad 🐟

2 packs Norwegian  Salmon thinly sliced
(Available @woolworths)
Add some pepper ,lemon juice
And fry with a dash of olive oil on one side till colour changes just lightly
Once done
Cut up some lettuce /cucumbers/Italian tamatoes/feta cheese Toss together and layer on a platter
Top with Salmon and sprinkle of Nigella/sesame seeds
Sprinkle with spring onions,dhanya and chives

Serve on crackers or just eat it as a Salad
