1.5 Onions (chopped fine) 2 teaspoon Garlic past/cloves 3 cups of riceChillies fresh or crushed 1.5 heap teaspoon Salt1 heap teaspoon black pepper2 teaspoon seafood masala 2 teaspoon Fish masala1 heap teaspoon cayenne pepper 2bsp oil2x 700g Seafood mix(defrost before hand if frozen and let most of the water run off)
1. Add oil in pot, add onions, crushed chillies cook. 2. Add garlic all masalas,cup of warm water and let it cook until water starts dissolving. 3. Add rice and 3 cups of warm water,mix thoroughly so that rice can all be covered in masala , let it cook until rice becomes thicker and softer,keep mixing. 4. Add a cup of water, let it cook for 10 minutes 5. Add seafood mix,mix it thoroughly with the rice, if necessary for warm water - add and Let it cook until ready to serve.

*always taste whether to add or not when it comes to salt.
