Few pieces of stick cinnamon 3 tablespoon oil1x large onion (chopped fine) 1x tomato (grated) 2 heap teaspoon curry masala 1 heap teaspoon Borrie masala 1 heap teaspoon Leaf masala 2 heap spoon fish masala 1 heap teaspoon Mother in law masala1 heap teaspoon 11 in one 1 heap teaspoon salt(taste and add more if needed)1 pack seafood mix Few pieces of hake fillets cut smaller if necessary
1. Braise onions, cinnamon sticks in some oil. 2. Add masalas, let it braise for 5 minutes. Add water if needed. 3. Add tamato, let it braise for 5 minutes. Add water if needed. 4. Add seafood mix and hake fillets. 5. Add water and cook until ready to serve.

*always add HOT water. Can add the red curry paste for extra spiciness if wanted.
