INGREDIENTS
2kgs stewing beef1 onion Curry leaf 3 green chillies 4 tamtotes grated4 potatoes. Cut add food colouring 2 teaspoon ginger and garlic 1 teaspoon chilli powder 1 teaspoon jeera powder 1 teaspoon food colouring 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 curry spoon masalaOil2 teaspoon jeera seeds 2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) powder 2 yogurtSalt per your choice
METHOD
Make the oil hot. Put jeera seed. Onions and curry into the hot oil. Let that fry up till onion is golden brown. Next add all your masala let that fry for few minutes then add your beef. Let that cook on low. It will bring out its own water. After a while u can add your tomatoes. Still let that cook on low. Let that cook for over 1 hour and half hours on low. Then add your potatoes and salt.. Once the potatoes is cooked your food is done. Add your dhania (coriander). Dish out and have with Naan. Like how we did. EnjoyππΆοΈπ
