1 kg beef mince (top side) 1 tablespoon freshly crushed garlic 1 tablespoon ginger Salt to taste Β½ teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon red chili powder 2 bread soak in water,squeezed 1 tablespoon crushes dhana 1 teaspoon crushed Jeeru (Cumin) Β½ teaspoon green chilies 1 teaspoon paprika Β½ teaspoon mixed herbs Chopped coriander and mint 1 medium size very fine chopped onion

METHOD
Mix all ingredients together. Leave in fridge for 1-2 hours. Make a burger size patties. U can freeze them too or Shallow fry on slow flame. and use it. π
