Braise 1 chopped onion in ghee (Clarified butter) Add ½ teaspoon each:Rye (black seed) Methi (Fenugreek) seeds jeeru (cumin) Few curry leaves 2 slit chillies Add in 3 liquidised tomatoes 1 teaspoon each:@purespice_sa ginger garlic Chilli powder arad (Turmeric) Dhana jeeroo SaltCook for 10 minutes.Add in 2 tablespoon yoghurt or sour milk or coconut milk Add in Patta (Yam leaves (Madumbi Plant))
.Simmer on low for 10 minutes.Garnish with greens Serve with rotis
