RECIPE
Wash Boil 1 & ¼ cup Rice Tint it with little tumericAdd saltAdd little mixed vegetablesOnce done drain
For Wagaar In a Seperate pot add Few slices on Onion bayleaf Little Whole Jeera 1Star Anise3 pepper corns Braise till onion turns a nice golden colour and aroma arises Mix this to the rice
Next Use 2 -3 Chicken Fillets Cut up in Cubes
In a pot Add 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) Or Oil Add 1 sliced Medium OnionLittle whole Jeeru (Cumin) tuj (cinnamon stick) Whole black pepper 1small bayleafBraise Add The Chicken Fillets Allow it it turn colour 1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste Add 1 teaspoon Red Chilli paste +- 1& ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon Kashmiri Masala 1 teaspoon Dhana Jeera mix1 teaspoon Garam Masala ¼ teaspoon tumeric Salt to taste Cook well with chicken for 5 MinutesNow Add 2 Grated Medium Tomatoes and 3 tablespoon Tomato PureeCook until Fillets are soft Adjust the Chilli and SaltTaste
Now place this Chicken over the rice Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) And Steam for 35-40 minutesEnjoy 😋
