In a pot add l3-4 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) or oil 1 small sliced onion Saute add Little mustard seeds,whole jeera seeds,green garlic paste little Ginger ginger garlic paste curry leaves and torn up red dry chilliesBraiseAdd the chopped up cubed dhodi little tumeric and salt to taste Braise for 5 minutes Add little Kashmiri chilli powder And 1 chopped up medium tomato Let it cook addLittle water at a time only if necessary Cook until done Garnish with Chopped Green dhania (coriander) Serve with RotisEnjoy
