INGREDIENTS
Basic moon dough1 kg prawns 1 dozen crab sticksButterCayenne pepperAromat (a South African Spice)Lemon juiceSaltSteers garlic sauceMayonnaiseEggBread crumbs
METHOD
Simmer prawns in butter and lemon juice (careful not to overcook). Add steamed or grilled crabsticks. Lightly mash up. Allow to cool. Add cayenne pepper, Aromat (a South African Spice), salt, steers garlic sauce and mayonnaise. Lightly fold in. Mixture should not be runny.Fill dough, dip in egg and bread crumbs.
INFO & TIPS
Microwaving crab sticks works for me as it tends to fall apart while steaming.
Hot sauce is optional.
Enjoy a seafood pasta with leftover mixture
