INGREDIENTS
1 kg Steak Mince2 onionsTomatoes Pepper chopped CardamonStick cinnamon4 Fresh Curry Leaves2 teaspoon Masala Half teaspoon Garam MasalaHalf teaspoon Tumeric Half teaspoon PaprikaHalf teaspoon JieraSalt to tasteDanyaOil4 potatoes, halved
METHOD
Fry the onion in a pot until golden, add the tomato, pepper add all the spices.Add the mince one cup of water potatoes to the pot. Cook for 30 - 35 minutes. Cook until the potatoes are nice and soft, can add the curry leaves. Garnish with the fresh Danya.Njoy with Rice or Roti.

Add any veggie on the side with yogurt
