2 kg minute steak cut into slicesMarinate with:½ cup tomato 🍅 sauce 4 tablespoon Mexican spice or mochachos spice ¼ cup oil¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice ¼ cup vinegar 3 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic 1 teaspoon black ⚫️ pepper Cook above adding water 💧 if necessary. Garnish with greens I served with chips 🍟 & rolls
