1 kg of steak (I used shin pieces)
1 teaspoon steak and chops spice1 teaspoon meat tenderizer½ teaspoon white pepper ½ teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon garlic flakes 1 teaspoon red masala 4 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon mustard sauce 2 tablespoon tomato sauce2 tablespoon chilli sauce2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce1 tablespoon nandos bushveld sauce(optional)
Marinate steak in above for 2-3 hours. Place in an oven dish, pour 1 cup of water over and cover with foil. Bake at 180deg for 1 ½ hours, turning once. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1 chopped red pepper over. Put back in oven for 10-15 minutes. Crumble 2 blocks of feta cheese over and grill for 5-8 minutes. Chop dhania (coriander) over. Served with English veggies and roti.
Veggies:1 small butternut chopped into chunks3 small get squash, quartered 1 large potato, cut into 8 pieces2 large carrots peeled and cut into thick rings¼ cup corn
Add salt, white pepper and black pepper to veg. Steam on low until all veggies are soft. Add 45g of butter and 3 tablespoon of brown sugar and cook until a sauce forms, 5-10 minutes. Sprinkle with dried parsley
