½ kilo steak fillet / rump
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili paste
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 ½ teaspoon dhana powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon crushed red chilli
salt to taste
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 teaspoon mustard sauce
1 teaspoon mayo
1 onion finely chopped
cheese grated or slice
marinate steak for atleast 1 hour ,
in a pot add oil and onion cook until translucent add the steak and cook on low until very tender add water while cooking .
ones its cooled down shred with your fingers or using a folk add mayo about 4 tablespoon or more .
when serving on the tawa to eat up .
add steak on the inside add the slice of cheese or grated cheese . close with another
toast both side
I also use the same recipe for steak special
I add chips ( salt vinegar and masala ) slice tomato , lettuces
you can use any left over steak as well
