1 cup flour
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)
1 teaspoon baking powder
sourmilk to make a soft dough ( approx ¼ cup to ½ cup )
1 cup sugar
½ cup water
Add dry ingredients
Add ghee (Clarified butter) make like crumb texture using your fingers
Add sourmilk and knead , dough must be soft but not sticky .
you can make the dough early and set aside or make it 15 minutes before .
roll on a floured surface not to thick or thin
heat up oil and fry on meduim to high heat until golden to brown both sides.

make the syrup in advance
dunk puris in the syrup and sprinkle coconut over
