4 cups flour ½ cup ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon kalunji seeds ½ teaspoon Ajmo (Tymol seed) 1 teaspoon sesame 2 teaspoon Salt Boiling water
Method Rub ghee (Clarified butter) In flour.Add kalunji,Ajmo (Tymol seed),sesame seeds and salt.Add enough water to make a soft dough.Roll extremely thin and make small slashes with a knife all over and cut into thin puris and deep fry on low till brown.
