Tortilla :add all the dry ingredients add the coconut oil and make crumb like texture add milk to form a soft doughclose and set aside for 15 to 20 minutes . make approx 8 small balls roll thin fry on tawa 10 seconds each side store and close the Tupperware whilst hot ( place a kitchen towel paper before closing )
chicken :add all the ingredients and mix add the chicken allow to marinade for atleast 1 hour or overnight.
cook until done and shred the chicken .
assemble :you can spread some cream cheese or plain yoghurt first add the chicken cheese lettuceavo jalapeno gherkins pineapple heat in micro so that cheese can melt
