1kg t-bone steak,
½ teaspoon salt,
Pinch turmeric powder,
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder,
1⁄2 teaspoon white pepper,
1 tablespoon crushed garlic,
3-5 tablespoon Jalapeno sauce (brand of choice),
1 tablespoon brown vinegar,
1 teaspoon mustard powder,
1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/butter,
1⁄4 cup fresh cream,
Sliced pickled jalapenos,
Soak steak, drain.
Heat ghee (Clarified butter), add garlic, saute for a minute, then add steak, spices, vinegar, mustard, mix in. Cook, adding water as needed, until steak starts becoming tender.
Cook till no water remains, add sauce and cream.
Cook till sauce thickens, then add in cream. Place under oven grill and redden.
Place steak in serving platter, place sliced cheese over t-bone, spoon on sauce and few pickled jalapeno slices. Serve with baked potato or fries.
