Jalapeno Balls

RECIPE

Crunchy on the outside, creamy and spicy on the inside! These jalapeño balls are dangerously addictive. 😍🔥
I served these with wellingtons Sweet jalapeno sauce 😋

1 tub cream cheese (Use jalapeno flavored cream cheese if available)
2 cups grated white cheddar (or use cheese of your choice)
Add to a large bowlAdd Salt to taste 1 teaspoon black pepper4 chopped jalapeños2 chopped green chillies Freshly chopped coriander
Mix everything together and form balls.Roll in egg and coat in breadcrumbs. Freeze for 15 minutes then remove and repeat process...First dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.Freeze until ready to fry.
I would usually add a cube of mozzarella in each ball but didn't have. Was still so good though...
