Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem 1kg fillet steak cubed2 tablespoons butter1 tablespoon fine green chilies1 teaspoon garlic paste1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper¼ teaspoon lemon pepper½ teaspoon garlic salt4 tablespoons Nandos pepper sauce Salt to taste2 cups water½ cup sago1 egg lightly beaten Poppy seeds or sesame seeds to sprinkle
1. Braise green chilli and garlic in butter. 2. Add meat, pepper & salt, spices and cook until meat is tender. Add pepper sauce once meat is almost done.3. Boil sago in water till clear and glossy. Add to cooked meat. 4. Fill into pie dough. Glacé with egg and sprinkle with seeds. Bake until golden. I used butter pastry and lined tart pan.
