1 packet Woolworths/ Checkers sweet snacking peppers1 tub Lancewood plain cream cheese250g danish feta cheeseFreshly cracked black pepper½ teaspoon paprikaPinch salt½ teaspoon garlic paste2 tablespoon lemon juiceChopped chives
Method:1. Slice peppers in half lengthwise.2. Remove seeds & rinse peppers.3. Beat cream cheese, feta, lemon, garlic & spices till smooth.4. Spoon into peppers.5. Garnish with chopped chives.
Note: Filling is a bit rich
