Cook corn in microwave with salt, pepper and butter. Cook chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, chillies and lemon till ¾ done. Then add jalapenos and cook till no moisture remains. Mix cream and maizena (corn flour) together until smooth. Add corn, sourmilk and cream mixture. Cook till thickened but smooth and creamy. Add cheese and mix in. Boil pasta in salted water till aldente and mix in.
