Jalapeno Chicken Corn Fettuccini

500g fettucini pasta
500g chicken fillet cubes
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
1 punnet jalapenos (diced/julienned)
2 cups frozen corn
250ml sour milk
250ml fresh cream
¼ cup Banditos jalapeno sauce
2 tablespoon maizena (corn flour)
1 cup grated pecorino romano cheese (white cheese)
Cook corn in microwave with salt, pepper and butter.
Cook chicken with salt, pepper, garlic, chillies and lemon till ¾ done. Then add jalapenos and cook till no moisture remains.
Mix cream and maizena (corn flour) together until smooth.
Add corn, sourmilk and cream mixture.
Cook till thickened but smooth and creamy. Add cheese and mix in.
Boil pasta in salted water till aldente and mix in.
