½ kg fillets steak cut & washedBraise 1 onion in butter slowlyDo not brown the onionsAdd steaks and cook with salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon bbq spice & 1 teaspoon steak and chips spice. Cook on low heat till done. Then add ½ cup Nandos pepper sauce and ¼ cup fresh cream. Cook till thick. Optional: add sliced mushrooms to onions.
1 cup tastic rice boiled with 2-3 teaspoons spice for rice and salt to taste. Serve with fillet steak.
