INGREDIENTS
1 Chicken, cut and washed1 medium OnionOil1 heaped teaspoon Salt1 teaspoon Lemon pepper½ teaspoon white Pepper½ teaspoon black Pepper2 teaspoon dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)1 teaspoon Sugar1 tablespoon Mustard sauce1 tablespoon Garlic sauce4 tablespoon MayonnaiseLemon juice 1&½ teaspoon ground Green chillies
1 large Carrot, peeled and cut into rings.2 medium Potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges.
METHOD
Make a vagaar with the onion and oil.Marinate the chicken in the rest of the ingredients.When the vagaar is done, add in the chicken, carrot and potatoes.Add some water and leave to cook on medium heat.Burn out the water, but make sure the sauce does not dry out.Serve with salad and roti.
