½ banana ¼ teaspoon chia seeds ½ cup frozen berries ½ cup strawberry or vanilla youghurt 2 tspns honey optional I prefer mine without honey reason being the sugar in the strawberry yoghurt is enough 2 ice cubes Blitz together Pour into glass or mason jar mug
½ banana¼ teaspoon chai½ cup fresh pineapple chunks½ cup orange juice ½ cup vanilla or plain yoghurt 2 ice cubes Blitz and pour slowly ontop of the 1st layer Enjoy You can use frozen fruits and omit ice cubes
