One and half packets Marie Biscuits
One tin canned Peaches
250 ml Fresh Cream
Two tablespoon Icing Sugar
Whip fresh cream with Icing sugar till peaks form and leave aside.
Drain syrup from canned Peaches and keep in a separate bowl. Mash peaches with a fork or give it one blitz in a food processor.
Sandwich Marie Biscuits with mashed peaches and dip and join together in a log form or later in a flat pyrex. Pour syrup over once complete.
Spread whipped cream over and decorate with flake and st Sr berries or as desired.
