Moist And Divine Vanilla Cupcakes

INGREDIENTS

250 g Butter(Preferably Rama)1 ½ cups of castor sugar4 eggs500 g self raising flour,Half a cup of warm milk1 teaspoon vanilla essence
The Icing :
1 cup butter(rama)3 cups icing sugardash of vanilla essence + food coloring of your choice

METHOD

For The Batter:
Cream butter & sugar well, beat in eggs one @ a time, add flour, milk & vanilla, mix well! Pour into greased cup cake pans bake @ 200 deg, for about 10-15 minutes
