800 g Hake Fillets 2 tablespoon Magic masala or Red chilli paste1 tablespoon Tandoori Dry spice2 tablespoon Aminas Fish and Prawn marinade/masala1 tablespoon crushed Garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon Tuneric1 teaspoon Paprika (for a Reddish lookSalt to taste 2 tablespoon oil Marinate the fish with the above Keep aside Few hours or overnightIn a pan with little oil fry the fish turning once Once fried Remove and keep aside Make a Tomato chutney with2-3 tablespoon oilAdd Sliced onion and saute AddFew slices of Garlic1 Slit Green Chilli Few Curry leaves Little mustard and Whole Jeeru (Cumin) seedsSalt to taste.. Cook till done Fry cubed potatoes in mustard seedsNow Place some chutney on casserole place fish pieces over then put the rest of the tomato chutney over fish Serve with the Potatoes And Roti Enjoy
