Ingredients1kg rump steak cut in pieces2 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste1 teaspoon green chillie paste 2 tablespoon any brand wet tandoori paste
1 teaspoon kashmiri chillie powder1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)½ teaspoon tumeric1 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vinegar2 tablespoon tomatoe sauce ½ cup yogurt2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon oil
METHOD
MethodMarinate steak with all the ingredients except the butter and oil for about 2 hours. Heat butter and oil and cook steak on medium heat till done. Once tasted never wasted 😋Share as received ⭐⭐⭐
