Pistachio Cake

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
½ cup oil
½ cup warm milk
1 teaspoon pistachio essence
Few drops of green colour
1 cup flour
3 teaspoon baking powder

METHOD

Beat eggs and sugar till creamy.
Add oil and milk. Add essence and colour and beat. Lastly fold in baking powder and flour.
Bake until done.
