RECIPE
1 cup chicken fillet cut into strips ½ teaspoon ginger garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon salt1 tablespoon peri peri oilCombine the above for an hour and cook4 tablespoon oil 2 teaspoon crushed garlic1 green chilli ,deseeded & finely chopped 1 carrot julienned ½ red pepper julienned ½ green pepper julienned 1 punnet Mushrooms (cook & set aside)Heat oil,fry garlic and green chilli for 2 minutes.Add veggies one at a time and stir fry for a few minutes.Add in chicken.Boil 3 packets instant noodles(without flavouring (I use spaghetti).Mix together:3 tablespoon soya sauce2 tablespoon steers bbq sauce4 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce4 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce (Add noodles and sauce to chicken & veg)
