Marinate½ kg Thinly Cut Tenderised Rump SteakMarinate with1 teaspoon Ginger Garlic1 /2 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon Aminas chops and steak Marinade Or Masala1 teaspoon BBQ Dry Spice½ teaspoon Dhana Jeeru (Cumin) mix+- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Chilli powder1 teaspoon PaprikaMixed HerbsKeep aside
Boil 1 & Half cup Basmati Rice drain (keep aside)
Veges:I used only 2 Types VegeRobot Pepper Strips and Red Onion ( You can use - Julienned carrot sticks Mushrooms etc)
METHODHeat +-3 tablespoon Olive oil60 g Soft butter or MargarineAdd the Steaks (I added the steak first) Cook for +- 8 - 10 minutes(Not too long) AddThe vegesCook till well blended and slightly crunchy Add the boiled rice TossAdd little Tomato Sauce and Sweet Chilli sauce (+-1 tablespoon each) Add dash of Soy or Worcester SauceEnjoy 😋
