INGREDIENTS
1packet smash made
1kg fillet cut into strips
1tspn chicken spice
1tspn chilli spice
1tson dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin)
little arad (Turmeric)
salt pepper to taste
2 tablespoon mochachos hot sauce
2 tablespoon tomato sauce (all gold)
2 tablespoon sweet chilli
half tin sweet corn cream styled
2tblspn butter
2 tablespoon flour
½ litre milk 125 Ml fresh cream pasta of your choice I used 500 pasta screws
METHOD
In Pyrex make smashflat out as your going to layer chicken on top of that for chicken add all spices and sauces cook till done stir in cream style corn pour chicken cooked mixture over the smash msnt be to watery sauce mst be thickish.boil pasta of your choice add that on top once done then make white sauce with 2tblspn butter 2 tablespoon flour salt pepper stir in medium heat adding a little milk in at a time be careful not to make lumps last add fresh cream and stir till thickens then add the sauce over the past garnish with cheese sprinkle mixed herbs over bake for 15 minutes on 180 till. Cheese melts or microwave it which ever is easier for u enjoy we realllly loved this

U can add green peppers in if u wish it multi peppers mushrooms taste great aswell
