250 gr butter... 4 tablespoon cooking oil... 2 eggs.... 4 teaspoon baking powder.. 4 tablespoon sugar... 1 teaspoon vanilla essence.... 4 cups flour... Jam for spreading... Beat butter and sugar.. Add eggs and vanilla essence... Oil... Mix... Make Dough with dry ingredients... Press dough into oven tray.... Spread with jam... Grate a little dough on top... Bake on 180 til done... When cool dust with icing sugar and cut into squares...
