Aero Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS

3 cups milk 2 tablespoons cocoa powder Splash of vanilla essence1 mini slab Aero dark chocolate Marshmallows Sugar to taste (optional)4 blocks dairymilk chocolate

METHOD

Add milk, cocoa powder and vanilla essence to a pot and heat. Add in chocolate and bring to a boil. Pour hot chocolate into serving cups and top with toasted marshmallows.
