INGREDIENTS
½ block butter
¾ cup icing sugar
2 level T cocoa
1 cup maziena
1 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
flour to mk a dough
coffee icing:
½ lb butter
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon milk
2 tablespoon coffee
METHOD
beat above till fluffy.add flour to make a nice dough.roll out and cut rounds.bake.allow to cool ...sandwich with coffee icing..dip in choc!!
for the icing:beat butter till fluffy & white in colour,add icing sugar,gradually add oil,mk coffee on stove with the milk and coffee,while machine is still beating ,add hot coffee gradually
