Moist Chocolate Cupcakes (same As Cake)

INGREDIENTS

1 cup flour1 cup sugar1 cup milk½ cup oil¼ cup coco powder 2 eggs1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla essence ¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

METHOD

Sift all dry ingredients together Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
Place cups into cupcake tin. Pour in the batter (till halfway only or else it will overflow)
Bake on 180° for 20 minutes
Check with tester if done
Once cooled, decorate as desired.

INFO & TIPS

Can make a full cake as well.
