                      1 leg of lamb. Washed and drained very well. Pierce and poke in garlic and cloves.Marinate:ΒΌ cup oil2 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger garlic ΒΌ cup lemon π juice 2 tablespoon gochujang sauce2 tablespoon sticky Asian bbq sauce2 tablespoon steers peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon steers bbq sauce2 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon chilli sauce2 tablespoon chilli powder1 tablespoon crushed chillies 1 tablespoon dhana jeeroo 2 teaspoon mustard powder 2 tablespoon six gun grill spice 1 tablespoon cajun spice2 teaspoon lemon π pepper 1 teaspoon garlic and rosemary spice1 teaspoon garlic and herb spiceSalt if necessary ΒΌ cup Worcestershire sauce Β½ cup honey ΒΌ cup soy sauce 
Marinate Cook on low for about 2 hrs.I served with rotis and creamy veggies 
Veggies: chunksBoil Butternut Sweet potato Potato CarrotsDrain Braise 1 sliced onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with 2 teaspoon ground green chillies Add to veggies with1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn 1 tin whole kernel corn 1Β½ cups fresh cream TossBake 30 minutes
