Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients:1 red pepper ½ can chickpeas (rinsed & drained)1 tablespoon crushed garlic2 tablespoon lemon juice3-4 tablespoon olive oil¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper¼ teaspoon chilli powder
Method:1. On an oven tray place deseeded and rinsed pepper. (I cut into 8 pieces).2. Roast till charred.3. Blend all ingredients and puree on high speed until smooth. 4. Garnish with red chilli flakes.5. I served with pita chips.
