Ingredients: 1 red pepper ½ can chickpeas (rinsed & drained) 1 tablespoon crushed garlic 2 tablespoon lemon juice 3-4 tablespoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
Method: 1. On an oven tray place deseeded and rinsed pepper. (I cut into 8 pieces). 2. Roast till charred. 3. Blend all ingredients and puree on high speed until smooth. 4. Garnish with red chilli flakes. 5. I served with pita chips.
