Creamy Cajun Fish With Roasted Baby Potatoes

RECIPE

4-6 medium hake fillets
Marinate with the following:4 tablespoon Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Olive oil1 tablespoon lemon juice Lemon pepperAromat (a South African Spice)Cajun spiceGreen masala Fish spice Dried Parsley Garlic flakesChilli flakes
Lay the fish in an oven proof dish and dot with blobs of butter. Grill on 180 degrees until the fish is cooked.
Once cooked, make a sauce with the following:
½ cup fresh cream¼ cup butterDried Parsley Garlic flakes Lemon juice Salt to taste Cajun spice Microwave for 20 seconds. Drizzle over the fish.
Serve with coleslaw and roast baby potatoes:
Cut baby potatoes in half, drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper and pop in the airfryer or roast in oven on 180 degrees. When done, coat the potatoes in garlic butter and rosemary.
