INGREDIENTS
1 punnet of mushrooms (washed, cleaned and cut into slices)1 teaspoon chopped garlic3 teaspoon butter¼ teaspoon salt¾ teaspoon pepper½ bunch of spring onions (chopped)Feta cheese Grated cheeseSourdough or any bread of your choice
METHOD
1.) Fry garlic in butter until it’s golden brown, add mushrooms and cook until done then add the chopped springonions, salt and pepper - mix well and switch the stove off, then crush some feta over the top and mix again.2.) Toast sourdough and spread butter while it’s hot, top with the mushroom mixture and some grated cheese then place in a hot oven to melt the cheese. 3.) Remove from the oven and serve hot, crush more feta over while eating. Enjoy!
