INGREDIENTS
¼ kg curry mutton
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
Water
2 carrots sliced or chopped
¼ bunch dhania (coriander) with little of the stems
½ cup mix veg
¼ green pepper
2 tomatoes cubed.
½ red onion peeled apart
½ teaspoon whole jeera seeds
1 teaspoon crushed dhana
½ teaspoon BBQ spice
¼ teaspoon haldi
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Dumplings :
I used the Jamie Oliver recipe
I used 1 cup flour
60g butter
Salt and pepper

METHOD
In a pressure cooker add the water allow to boil . Add mutton with red chilli paste and garlic , close the cooker lid and allow atleast 6 whistles or until mutton is soft ( if you do not have a cooker add oil in a pot add chilli paste and garlic then add the mutton allow to cook for 10 minutes add water about 2 cups and allow to cook on low heat until done )
In a non stick big size pan add a good amount of oil now add all the veggies and stir fry for atleast 5 minutes now add the spices and the cooked mutton with the water if there was water left in the cooker . Add the prepared round balls of dumplings and another 1 cup of water and on low heat let the dumplings cook and the flavor infuse into the dish .
Dumplings :
In a bowl add flour salt and pepper , add cold grated butter and form a breadcrumb like dough ,add A splash of water just to form a dough make 4 to 5 small balls .
