For the log:Dairy milk and/or galaxy smooth milk slabsMaltesers Hot chocolate powderMaltersers mint buttonsPoppets with mint creamPeppermint aeroSilicone mini loaf mould For the hot chocolate:The log once it’s setHot boiling milkWhipped creamChocolate to decorate
1.) Melt the dairy milk and/or galaxy, add it to the mould and spread the chocolate out with a spoon to make a shell. Place this in the fridge for the shell to set.2.) Remove from fridge, add 1 teaspoon maltesers hot chocolate, 2 maltesers buttons and 7 poppets to each shell. Cover with more melted dairy milk/ and or galaxy to fully enclose the fillings in the log. Place in the fridge again for the logs to set. Remove from the fridge, remove the longs from the mould - add a little melted chocolate on one corner of each log, top with crushed peppermint aero and place in the fridge again for a few minutes to set completely.3.) When the logs have set, place one in a large latte glass, top with hot boiling milk and watch the chocolate melt into the milk, mix well, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate. Enjoy!
