Ingredients 2 cups taystee wheat 3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 3 Taj sticks 500ml milk 250ml fresh cream 1 tin crushed pineapple ½ cup sugar ½ tin condensed milk 1 egg Big pinch of saffron
Method :Braise taystee wheat, ghee (Clarified butter) and Taj on low heat, till light pink in colour. Heat milk, cream, sugar and saffron together. When the milk mixture is cold, Whisk in the egg and add in the condensed milk. Whisk some boiling water into the taystee wheat and slowly add the milk mixture a little at a time. Add in your crushed pineapple with the syrup. Cook on low until dry. Garnish with sliced almonds, sprinkle a little Elachi (cardomom) powder and few strands of saffron.
