500g Chicken fillet 1 teaspoon Portuguese Spice½ teaspoon Steak and Chop Spice Salt to taste ¼ teaspoon Black PepperGround Green Chillies to taste 1 cup Yogurt/Sour Milk
Coating+-½ -¾ cup Self Raising Flour¼ teaspoon Black Pepper½ teaspoon Portuguese Spice ¼ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) Mix together
Cut the fillet in half and again lengthwise, to make broad strips.Mix the spices together and add to the yogurt/sour milk and marinate the strips, allow to marinate for a while.
Coat the strips with the flour mixture and fry.Chicken is now ready for burgers or to have with mayo and chips.
