I Used 6 x Chicken DrumsticksMethodMake 2 cuts in each drumstickMarinate for 1 hour or more 1 tablespoon Magic masala+- 1 tablespoon Calistos mild Peri Peri Sauce (may add more if prefer hot) 2 small Slit fresh Red Chilli1 tablespoon Portuguese Ginger garlic paste½ teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder ½ teaspoon Tumeric Dash of Salt3 tablespoon Tomato pureeMixed herbs or thyme+-4 tablespoon melted ghee (Clarified butter) or Butter Cook on low till done Garnish with freshly chopped dhania (coriander) Serving Suggestion Masala Slap Chips And Buttered Portuguese RollOr Bread
