400g Chicken Fillets, cut into strips¼ teaspoon Chillie flakes¼ Cup Nando's Hot Peri Peri Sauce4-6 teaspoon Mayoinaise or Plain Yogurt1 /4 teaspoon Paprika¼ teaspoon Portuguese Spice or Chicken Spice¼ teaspoon Lemon Pepper Spice½ teaspoon BBQ SpicePinch of Black Pepper, optional... 3x teaspoon Honey Oil for drizzling on top...
Toppings:5x Tortilla WrapsLettuceTomotoesCucumberAvo's
Sauces of ChoiceMayoinaise Nando's Peri-Peri Hot Sauce Tomato SauceMustard Sauce
METHOD
Mix everything in a bowl & mix the marinade with the chicken strips. Add too oven proof dish & drizzle with oil... (Can also add 2 teaspoon oil to the marinade).. Bake @ 200 degrees for 20 minutes, depending on your oven.Add more Nando's sauce too the warm chicken when done baking!!! If you like it hot🔥fold into the wraps with all delicious salads🥗Serves 5
