Masala Chicken: @treetz_by_reez
5 pieces of chicken fillet (make slits on the top)
1 tablespoon red Masala (ginger garlic)
Quartet t turmeric powder
2 teaspoon red chilli powder
Squeeze of lemon
4 tablespoon oil
1 small tin tomato paste (optional)
Salt to taste
Half cup Coimbra Sauce (if you do not have this use Mozambique sauce )
Marinate the fillets in the above. Place in a flat pot with a slice of garlic butter and allow to cook
Once half way done transfer the chicken only(leave the excess sauce) onto an oven tray and allow to grill slightly
Remove from the oven and place back inn the pot allow to simmer slightly with the sauce..baste again with Coimbra Sauce and serve...
